Q: What is an Agent for Service of Process?
A: An entity appointed by a corporation to receive legal notices or processes on the corporations behalf.

Corporations or LLCs formed or qualified to do business in California must have an Agent for Service of Process with a California address.

Our fee for this service and a signed agreement must be in our file prior to  designating us as your agent.

Q: What is the cost?
A: Our fee is $89 per year and per eligible entity. The fee for entities with a large number of shareholders is slightly higher. 

Q: How do I sign up?
A: This a very simple process. Just follow these steps:

• Download our Application (this is a fill-in .pdf file)
• Fill in the information then print the Application.
• Sign and date the Application.
• Fax or mail your Application to us along with your payment.
• Upon approval of your application we will forward an agreement for your signature.

If your application is not accepted, your payment will be returned.

Q: Are all applications accepted?

A: No. We do not provide services to business in the adult industry as well as certain other businesses.
